Join PUB on this eco-tour to learn about Pang Sua Pond's role in keeping catchment areas clean and enhancing Singapore's flood resilience. Built in the 1990s, it collects surface runoff during heavy rain and pumps it to Upper Seletar Reservoir for treatment. Besides flood prevention, Pang Sua Pond offers a recreational area with Singapore's second-largest man-made wetland and a 480-meter bridge connecting Bukit Panjang Park Connector and Senja-Cashew Community Club.
This one-hour tour is facilitated by trained volunteer docents from Shimizu.
