In land-scarce Singapore, it is essential to maximise the use of every space.

The Nee Soon East Community Club Management Committee is inviting the public to come together to build a community playground on an unused plot of land in Nee Soon East using recycled materials.

This project aims to show Singaporeans that there is so much more we can do with the waste we produce, and at the same time, allow the community to bond, learn new skills, and to have fun! The playground will be built by the community using recycled materials such as planks, wooden poles from disposed wooden pallets, and tyres.
