Ever wondered where Singapore’s waste really goes? This exclusive learning journey invites members of the public behind the scenes to learn how waste is transformed into valuable resources through energy recovery and innovative carbon solutions.
Participants will visit the Cora Energy‑from‑Waste Plant and the Institute of Sustainability for Chemicals, Energy and Environment (ISCE²) on Jurong Island. Guided by industry professionals, the learning journey offers rare, first‑hand insights into waste‑to‑energy technologies, resource recovery processes, and how these systems support Singapore’s transition towards a circular economy, and a cleaner and more sustainable future.
This programme is open to the public aged 18 and above. Participants will be required to provide personal details (full name, NRIC, mobile number, and date of birth) for the application of a Jurong Island pass.
More information will be communicated to participants once they have signed up.
