Launched in 2019, the hotel industry’s first urban aquaponics farm at Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford aims to meet the rising demand among guest for fresh quality produce and to support Singapore’s goal of producing 30% of its nutritional needs locally by 2030.
Through this curated experience, participants will learn about aquaponics farming and pick their own produce for a 3-course lunch at The Stamford Brasserie. Participants will also prepare their own vitality beverage using produce from the farm. At the end of the experience, participants will bring home a house-made souvenir made with the hotel’s aquaponics produce. Participants will also have the option to purchase fresh produce from the farm.
