Launched in 2019, the hotel’s urban aquaponics farm meets the growing demand from guests for fresh, high-quality produce, while supporting Singapore’s food resilience goals, which aim for local production of 20% of its fibre and 30% of its protein consumption by 2035.
This initiative reflects our strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. The produce grown is used directly in our restaurants, offering a true farm-to-table experience.
Through this curated experience, you’ll learn about our sustainability initiatives, followed by a guided tour of the aquaponics farm. Discover how the system works, see how fish and plants thrive in a closed loop, sample fresh produce and even feed the fish!
