The tour starts with a safety briefing and presentation on the floating solar farm, followed by a tour of the control building. Then, embark on a solar-powered boat tour around Singapore’s first inland floating solar farm.
With over 122,000 floating solar panels spanning 45 hectares, this 60MWp floating solar farm is a significant contribution to Singapore’s solar energy deployments. As we commemorate our nation’s 60th birthday, find out how such floating solar farms are an example of Singapore’s boldness in innovation and resilience in overcoming our land constraints and doing more with less.
This activity is open to youths and adults aged 18 years and above.
