Riverside Vibes

Riverside Vibes, organised by Henderson-Dawson Green Action for Communities (HDGAC), a registered Nature Kakis chapter under the National Parks Board, is a community-led event centred on the theme “City in Nature.” It brings together residents, partners, and agencies to explore how nature can be integrated into urban living through interactive booths, mini nature walks, storytelling, performances, and hands-on eco workshops.

Participants can look forward to a meaningful blend of learning and fun while connecting with like-minded individuals and sustainability advocates. The event offers opportunities to discover local biodiversity, engage with community partners, and explore practical ways to adopt eco-friendly practices in daily life.

Through the activities, participants will gain practical takeaways such as learning to start simple composting at home, reducing waste through reuse and mindful consumption, and participating in eco-friendly games and activities. They can also bring home preloved items from the Eco-Exchange while gaining inspiration for sustainable living.

Aligned with Singapore’s City in Nature vision, the event highlights how nature can be infused into everyday urban life. Riverside Vibes empowers individuals and families to take small, actionable steps towards a greener, more liveable city.
