Join us for a hands-on activity where you can plant your own microgreens, bring them home to observe their growth, and later harvest them to add to your own meals.
Participants will also get to enjoy a small salad bowl to learn how microgreens can be used in healthy recipes.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their own used and clean Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles (preferably 1.5 litre) or any creative upcycled container for the microgreens to grow in.
All craft materials, microgreen seed and soil will be provided.
