Lazarus Island Family Beach Clean-Up

Lazarus Island is home to a rich marine ecosystem, including sea turtles, rays, corals, and seagrass meadows that support countless ocean species. Marine debris, however, often threatens these habitats. Through this hands-on beach clean-up, families can play a small but important role in protecting these fragile habitats. 

Participants will take a scenic ferry ride to Lazarus Island and spend the morning helping to keep its beaches clean and safe for wildlife. Along the way, you will also learn about the impact of ocean waste on marine ecosystems and how simple actions can contribute to conservation efforts. 

The programme connects participants with nature while fostering environmental responsibility in a fun, outdoor setting.
