Eco Dabao is an initiative that reduces single use takeaway waste and the carbon footprint from disposable packaging. It encourages more sustainable habits by making it easy to borrow and return reusable containers across participating F&B outlets and commercial buildings in the CBD.
By cutting down on the production, transport, and disposal of single use packaging, Eco Dabao helps lower upstream emissions and supports a shift towards low carbon urban living.
The initiative is supported by Plastic CTion (PACT), a WWF Singapore programme that works with businesses to rethink how plastics are used. It is also made possible with support from the Plastic Solutions Fund, Income Insurance, various property partners and F and B outlets in the CBD, as well as WWF Singapore volunteers.
