Join this exclusive tour to the Marine Aquaculture Centre located on St John’s Island, where you will learn about how the Singapore Food Agency contributes to food security and sustainability in Singapore through research into tropical marine foodfish.
Participants will be able to visit the following:
- fish hatchery where research into improving the survival of baby fish is conducted
- livefeed production areas which produce food for baby fish
- breeding facility where adult fish are kept
- feed nutrition facilities where experiments are being conducted
Participants must be 16 years old and above.
