Our Food, Our Future: Plant, Play and Grow! Workshop

Join an interactive workshop that introduces children to the world of food, farming, and healthy living.  

Participate in hands-on planting activities, fun games, and simple learning experiences to discover how seeds grow into fruits and vegetables, where food comes from, and why eating fresh, nutritious foods helps our bodies grow strong and stay healthy.  

Children will also learn how caring for plants and the environment helps protect our planet and ensures everyone can play a part in food resilience.   

This workshop is organised  by Nutrious  Farms Pte Ltd, in collaboration with students from Singapore University of Social Sciences.
