Unleash your creativity in this fun, hands-on workshop where fabric scraps are transformed into personalised iron-on patches.
Use a vibrant mix of colourful fabric pieces to mix, match, and layer scraps to create unique mini artworks, and discover how leftover fabric can become a medium for creative expression. Fabric scraps will be provided by Jo & Stitch, although participants are also welcome to bring their own materials to incorporate into their designs.
Participants will also learn how fabric scraps, like old curtains, tablecloths, and clothing that might otherwise be discarded, can be given a new life through craft. At the end of the session, participants can bring home their handmade iron-on patches to personalise their clothes, bags, pouches, and more.
This fun, hands-on activity is suitable for families and young children.
This workshop is offered on a pay-as-you-wish basis. Participants are invited to contribute an amount they feel reflects the value of the experience and supports the continuation of creative, community-driven programmes.
